Val Monroe Berry passed away on 2/11/11 at Georgetown University Hospital however his wife Mayra Vazquez failed to ever notify his family of his passing. To make matters even worse, she had hid cremated and buried without ever inviting Val's family to the services. It is only on 7/9/11 that Val's family learned where his remains were laid to rest since this information was never provided. Now to find that no one can visit Val's resting place without being reminded of the evil deeds of this woman is just insane.
